Rotor Knives Standard
With rotor diameters in straight (plan), concave, extremely concave, trapezoidal, round,
triangular, hexagonal or other special shapes our STANDARD program offers the entire range for
virtually all makes of machines.
In addition, our engineering service designed for all standards variants that carry your special requirements into account by modified cutting geometries in conjunction with an individual choice of material and special hardening processes.
Rotor Carbide Knives
Rotor blades with carbide cutting edges are a specialty of the PR technique.
Wherever strongly abrassives grinding material makes special demands on the creep behavior of the blades, carbide offers an absolutely economical solution. Whether set carbide tipped or even in solid carbide execution service lives are achieved, the 7 - 10 times a knife made from hardened tool steel.
Rotor Knives CROSS CUT
CROSS CUT stands for aggresives cutting, high-throughput performance, longer service life, low
power consumption and stock gereren gentle quietness of the rotor.
CROSS CUT versions are available for all rotor knives from our standard program and also for any special equipment.
Counter Knife Standard
"Standard" means counter knife of any kind, whether straight, bent, inclined, adjustable or not
adjustable from the materials 1.2379, 1.7131, 1.7225, 1.4112, or other special steels such as
Hardox, Creusabro and the like.
Counter Carbide Knife
An optimal and efficient combinations make the use of rotor blades with carbide inlay or solid
carbide, our counter blade with carbide-release plates is that can be rotated or replaced
whenever necessary without removing the counter knife.
Block Knife Standard
Suitable for shredders from WEIMA, LINDNER, Mewa and Artech our production program offers the right knife block
in best quality from the materials 1.2379, 1.7225 and customer-specific special materials.
Block Carbide Knife
Like almost all rotor knives, fixed knives and counter knives we also offer the knife block suitable for
WEIMA, LINDNER, MeWa and Artech machines with carbide cutting. The special feature of this block knives
with carbide cutting the hardened blade carrier. Thereby, the washing of the support material
will be largely restricted with the cemented carbide.
